SEQNBR(*SEARCH) and LABEL(*NONE) cannot be used together.

Cause . . . . . : If a sequence number SEQNBR(*SEARCH) value is specified, a file label value must be specified to control the tape file search.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a different sequence number (SEQNBR) or use a specific file label identifier (LABEL), and then try the command again.
