CODE(*ASCII) cannot be used with FMT(*SAVRST).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You cannot specify CODE(*ASCII) and FMT(*SAVRST) together in the same command.
Recovery . . . : Either remove one of the parameters, or specify CODE(*EBCDIC). Then, try the command again.
