Cause . . . . . : Cartridge identifier &2 was specified and is not available to this system. Cartridge identifiers in category &4 defined for system &5 are only available for use on system &5. If the command running is Change Tape Cartridge (CHGTAPCTG) command then you may not change a cartridge from this category.
Recovery . . . : Specify the correct category information or use a different cartridge identifier. If the cartridge is in the *INSERT category, then Add Tape Cartridge (ADDTAPCTG) is required to add the cartridge to a usable category.
