Resetting sequence numbers not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Sequence numbers can only be reset when receivers are being attached.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify the SEQOPT(*CONT) parameter on the CHGJRN command.
-- Specify a receiver or *GEN in the JRNRCV parameter value on the CHGJRN command.
