THRESHOLD value not allowed with specified JRNRCV value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The THRESHOLD value is allowed to change only when new journal receivers are being generated for the specified journal.
Recovery . . . : Either omit the THRESHOLD parameter or change the JRNRCV parameter to *GEN. Then try the command again.
