Journal receiver &1 in library &2 will be deleted during IPL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Journal receiver &1 in library &2 was restored and associated with journal &3 in library &4. This receiver will be deleted during the next IPL because the journal has the DLTRCV(*YES) parameter value specified.
Recovery . . . :
If you would like the associated journal receiver deleted before the next IPL, use the Delete Journal Receiver (DLTJRNRCV) command to delete the receiver.
If you would like the associated journal receiver to remain on the system following the next IPL and if you would like to manage the deletion of journal receivers for this journal, use the Change Journal (CHGJRN) command and change the Delete Receivers parameter to DLTRCV(*NO).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When a journal has the Delete Receivers parameter value set to DLTRCV(*YES), the system will automatically delete journal receivers when the journal receivers are detached and are no longer needed for IPL recovery. However, the system will not delete any newly associated receivers until the next IPL.
