Value on RCDLEN parameter not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : For a physical file created with FILETYPE(*DATA) and IGCDTA(*YES), the value on the RCDLEN parameter must be at least 4 bytes. For a physical file created with FILETYPE(*SRC) and IGCDTA(*YES), the value on the RCDLEN parameter must be at least 16 bytes. For a source physical file created with the CRTSRCPF command and IGCDTA(*YES), the value on the RCDLEN parameter must be at least 16 bytes.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid value on the RCDLEN parameter and then try the request again.
