Position must be blank for physical and logical files.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : In a physical or logical file, positions 7 - 16 and 39 - 44 must be blank unless the line is a comment (asterisk in position 7).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Specify an asterisk in position 7 to make the line a comment.
-- Omit the value in positions 7 - 16 and 39 - 44.
-- Use a command other than Create Physical File (CRTPF) or Create Logical File (CRTLF) to create the file.
