Positional values found before first record.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Before the first record (R in position 17), no values are allowed in positions 17 - 44 unless the line is a comment line (asterisk in position 7).
Recovery . . . : Either omit the entries in positions 17 - 44 that are specified before the first record, or specify a record before the positional values. If the line is intended to be a comment, specify an asterisk in position 7. Then try the request again.
