Sign without number or more than one sign specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A value in a numeric field can contain at the most one sign character (+ or -). When a sign character is specified, a number must also be specified.
Recovery . . . : Either change the number to contain at the most one sign character, or specify a number if the sign is the only character in the field. Then try the request again.
