Field length too large for data type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The field length (positions 30 - 34) is too large for the data type (position 35). If a plus value is specified, the resulting field length is too large. The maximum length of a variable length (VARLEN) field is 32740. The maximum length of a field that allows the null value (ALWNULL) is 32765. The maximum length of a field which is both variable length and allows the null value is 32739.
Recovery . . . : Change the field length, the plus value, or the data type to make the length of the field less than or equal to the maximum length allowed for the data type. Then try the request again.
