Numeric value contains more than one decimal point.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : The indicated numeric value contains more than one decimal point. The system value QDECFMT specifies which character (such as period or comma) is used as the decimal point.
Recovery . . . : Use the DSPSYSVAL command to determine which character is used as the decimal point (QDECFMT system value). Change the numeric value to contain not more than one decimal point. Then try the request again.
