PRTQLTY keyword requires BARCODE or CHRSIZ keyword.

Cause . . . . . : If the PRTQLTY keyword is specified at the record level, then the CHRSIZ keyword must be specified at the record level. If the PRTQLTY keyword is specified at the field level, then one of the following must be specified:
-- CHRSIZ at the record level.
-- CHRSIZ at the field level.
-- BARCODE at the field level.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Omit the PRTQLTY keyword.
-- If the PRTQLTY keyword is at the record level, specify the CHRSIZ keyword at the record level.
-- If the PRTQLTY keyword is at the field level, specify the CHRSIZ keyword at the record level or the field level, or the BARCODE keyword at the field level.
