HELP with response indicator not allowed with USRDSPMGT.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : In a file containing the USRDSPMGT keyword, the HLPRTN keyword must be used to return control to the application program when the Help key is pressed. In a file without the USRDSPMGT keyword, the HELP keyword with a response indicator is used to return control to the application program when the Help key is pressed.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Specify the HELP keyword with no response indicator and specify the HLPRTN keyword.
-- Omit the USRDSPMGT keyword.
