REFSHIFT value not valid with specified decimal positions.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The keyboard shift on the REFSHIFT keyword is not valid with the specified decimal positions (positions 36 - 37). For the digits-only keyboard shift (D in position 35), the decimal positions must be zero or blank.
Recovery . . . : Change either the parameter on the REFSHIFT keyword or the decimal positions of the field. Then try the request again.
