CHECK(VNE) not allowed with specified field length.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The length of a field (positions 30 - 34) containing the CHECK(VNE) keyword must be less than or equal to 255.
Recovery . . . : Either omit the CHECK(VNE) keyword, or change the field length to a value less than or equal to 255. Then try the request again.
