Katakana keyboard shift not valid with right-to-left file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Katakana keyboard shift (W in position 35) cannot be specified in a right-to-left file (CHECK(RL) or CHECK(RLTB) specified at the file level).
Recovery . . . : Either change the keyboard shift or omit the right-to-left keywords. Then try the request again.
