Compare value on RECID not valid with shortest record.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The compare value on the RECID keyword is not valid with at least one record format in the file. The ending position of the compare value must not be greater than the length of the data portion of the shortest record in the file. The end of the compare value is determined by the starting position value and the length of the compare value.
Recovery . . . : Either change the number specified as the starting position, or change the length of the compare value. Then try the request again.
