Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The alternative collating sequence table that was specified on the ALTSEQ keyword must exist when the file is created.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Create the alternative collating sequence table (CRTTBL command).
-- Change the table name on the ALTSEQ keyword to the name of a table that exists on the system.
