Length for SST keyword not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The length for the SST field must be specified either on the SST keyword or in positions 30 - 34. If specified in both locations, the length values must be equal.
Recovery . . . : If no length was specified, specify the length either on the SST keyword or in positions 30 - 34. If the length was specified in both locations, either omit one value or change the values to be equal. Then try the request again.
