Record length greater than 32766 bytes.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The combined length of all the fields in the record format cannot be greater than 32766 bytes. When calculating the number of bytes in the record format refer to the following:
-- Add 2 bytes for every field in the record format that is variable length (VARLEN).
-- Add another 24 bytes if any of the fields is variable length.
-- Add 1 byte for every 8 fields in the record format if any of the fields in the record format allows the null value (ALWNULL).
Recovery . . . : Change the field lengths in the record format to make the combined length less than or equal to 32766 bytes. Then try the request again.
