Data type from physical file not converted to type specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Only certain types of data conversions and changes in length and decimal positions are allowed between physical and logical files.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, then try the request again.
-- Omit the data type, length, or decimal positions in the logical file
-- Change the data type, length or decimal positions to values that are allowed.
-- Omit the VARLEN keyword from this field in the logical file.
-- Change the usage field to input (I in column 38) for a Date field (L in column 35) or a Time field (T in column 35) if the corresponding field in the physical file is a Timestamp field (Z in column 35).
