Minus value for decimal positions too large.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The minus value specified for the decimal positions (positions 36 - 37) is larger than the number of decimal positions of the field in the referenced file.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Change the decimal positions value to a minus value that is not larger than the number of decimal positions of the field in the referenced file.
-- Change the decimal positions value to a positive value.
-- Omit the minus value.
