Length and decimals required to convert floating-point field.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Both the length (positions 30 - 34) and the decimal positions (positions 36 - 37) must be specified in the logical file when a floating-point field from the physical file is converted to a fixed-point field.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a length and decimal value in the logical file or change the data type in the logical file. Then try the request again.
