Select and omit fields not allowed with ACCPTH keyword.

Cause . . . . . : When the ACCPTH keyword is specified, the select and omit fields are copied from the file specified on the keyword to the logical file.
Recovery . . . : Omit either the select and omit fields or the ACCPTH keyword. Then try the request again.
