CONCAT field not valid with usage field.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following conditions occurred:
-- The concatenated field is variable length and the usage of the field was not input only (no I in column 38)
-- The concatenated field allows the null value and the usage of the field was not input only (no I in column 38)
Recovery . . . : Make the field input only (I in column 38). Then try the request again.
