Relative file number too large.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The relative file number specified on the JOIN or JREF keyword must be less than or equal to the number of files specified on the JFILE keyword.
Recovery . . . : Change the number on the JOIN or JREF keyword to the position of the physical file on the JFILE keyword, or specify a physical file on the JFILE keyword for the relative file number on the JOIN or JREF keyword. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The relative file number is the position of the physical file on the JFILE keyword. The first physical file on the JFILE keyword is relative file number 1, the second physical file is relative file number 2, and so on.
