Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
- The device for remote location &1 could not be allocated. The device is not varied on, there are no sessions available, or the device is in use by another job.
- The device for remote location &1 is in service mode.
- The device for remote location &1 is in a held state.
Recovery . . . :
Refer to the recovery action of the previously listed messages in the joblog for recovery action. Correct the error and try the request again.
