FTS-1072 File wait time &1 not valid.

Cause . . . . . :
A file wait time that is not valid was specified in the WAITFILE parameter.
Recovery . . . :
Specify a valid file wait time and try the request again.
Valid file wait times are:
-- *CLS job default wait time is used
-- *IMMED do not wait
-- 000001 through 032767 (in character format)
Refer to the ICF Programming book, SC41-5442, for a description of the required parameters.
