Incorrect DBCS field format found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A DBCS ((double byte character set) error was found at offset &1. The error type detected is &2: .P 1. - A SO character was detected where a SI was expected or a SI character was detected were a SO was expected. .P 2. - An odd number of bytes was found between the SO and SI characters.
Recovery . . . : Correct the data so it contains an even number of bytes that is DBCS-graphic bounded by both SO and SI.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The DBCS-graphic must begin with a SO character and end with a SI character and there must be an even number of bytes between the SO and SI characters.
