Reference code table could not be accessed for alerts.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Reference code table &2 in library &3 could not be accessed when creating an alert. The alert was created, but the alert information from the reference code table was not used.
Recovery . . . : See the previously listed messages in the job log. Correct the errors. It is possible that an alert table was used to create the alert.
