Error in line &4: Unexpected THEN or ELSE.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The language processor found a THEN or an ELSE keyword that does not match a corresponding IF clause. This situation is often caused by a missing END or DO END keyword in the THEN part of a complex IF THEN ELSE construction.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and try the request again:
-- Ensure that in the THEN portion of an IF THEN ELSE construction, a DO END construct is present.
-- Ensure that in the THEN portion of an IF THEN ELSE construction, each DO construct has a matching END keyword.
