Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- A special character was found in a parsing template and is not allowed.
-- The WITH subkeyword was not found in a PARSE VALUE instruction.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and try the request again.
-- Ensure that only correct special characters are used.
-- Ensure that the WITH subkeyword is used in a PARSE VALUE instruction.
