Indicated value on HLPARA keyword not valid.

Cause . . . . . : The HLPARA keyword must be specified with either one special value of *NONE or *RCD, or a special value of *FLD with a field name and optionally a choice number, or a special value of *CNST with a help identifier, or four numeric values containing the line and position numbers. The beginning line number must not be greater than the ending line number, and the beginning position number must not be greater than the ending position number.
Recovery . . . : Change the indicated value on the HLPARA keyword to a valid value, and then try the request again.
