Message identifier value not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified as a message identifier must be 7 characters in length. The first character must be A-Z, Ø, Å, or Æ. Each of the next two characters must be A-Z, Ø, Å, Æ, _, or 0-9. Each of the last four characters must be 0-9 or A-F.
Recovery . . . : Change the value to a valid message identifier. Then try the request again.
