Use of VARBUFMGT keyword with RECID not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : In a file that performs RECID processing, the VARBUFMGT keyword cannot be specified on the default record or on the same record as a RECID keyword.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and then try the request again.
-- If the default record contains the VARBUFMGT keyword, omit the VARBUFMGT keyword.
-- If the record contains both the VARBUFMGT keyword and the RECID keyword, omit either the VARBUFMGT keyword or the RECID keyword.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The RECID default record format is the first record format in the file that does not have the RECID keyword specified. However, if every record format in the file has the RECID keyword specified, the default record format is the first record format in the file.
