&2 &1 cannot be moved to &3 library for ASP &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &2 &1 found outside of a library. The object could not be moved to the &3 library for auxiliary storage pool (ASP) &4.
Recovery . . . : Run the Reclaim Storage (RCLSTG) command to reclaim &2 &1 and move it to the &3 library for ASP &4.
