Changes may not have been committed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A commit operation was performed for commitment definition &8, however changes to local resources which were intended to be committed may not have been committed. There may be damage to one of the following:
-- a file under commitment control
-- a journal being used for commitment control
-- the commitment definition.
Recovery . . . : If this message was received when the job ended abnormally, or the job ended with uncommitted changes, then notify object &1 in library &2 type *&4 member &3 contains the commitment identifier of the last known commitment boundary for the commitment definition. If *N is specified for the notify object, no notify object was in use.
The journal for which changes may not have been committed is &6 in library &7.
If the job is still active, commitment control may not have ended completely. If commitment control cannot be started again, the job must be ended to end commitment control completely.
Use this information with the previously listed messages to determine the cause of the error(s) and verify if manual recovery is necessary.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &9. The activation group number is &10. The logical unit of work identifier is &24. The lock space id is &32. The lock space associated space id is &33. The XID is &34.
