Rolled back changes may have been committed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A rollback operation was performed for commitment definition &8, however changes to local file resources which were intended to be rolled back may have actually been committed. There may be damage to one of the following:
-- a file under commitment control
-- a journal being used for commitment control
-- the commitment definition.
Recovery . . . : If this message was received when the job or activation group ended abnormally, or the job or activation group ended with uncommitted changes, then notify object &1 in library &2 type *&4 member &3 contains the commitment identifier of the last known commitment boundary for the commitment definition. If *N is specified for the notify object, no notify object was in use.
The journal for which changes may have been committed is &6 in library &7.
The commit cycle identifier for journal &6 in library &7 is &24, which may or may not represent the last successfully committed transaction. The commit cycle identifier is the sequence number of the 'SC' (commit cycle started) journal entry that corresponds to that particular transaction.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &9. The activation group number is &10. The lock space id is &26. The lock space associated space id is &27. The XID is &28.
If this message is given during IPL, use the following flags to help determine why the record changes could not be rolled back. If the message is not given during IPL, the following flags are meaningless. For each flag, a value of 0 means the error did not occur and a value of 1 means it did.
The decommit flag is &23.
The journal read error flag is &11.
The journal write error flag is &12.
The partial data space damage flag is &13.
The data space damage flag is &14.
The function check flag is &15.
The decommit canceled flag is &25.
The journal/data space synchronization flag is &17.
The implicit decommit flag is &18.
The decommit at process completion flag is &20.
The prepare at IPL flag is &21.
