API exit program &1 ended after &7 minutes during commit processing.

Cause . . . . . : API commitment control exit program &1 in library &2 for API commitment resource &3 was called during commit for commitment definition &4 during process end, IPL recovery, or post-IPL recovery, but did not complete commit processing in &7 minutes. During process end, IPL recovery, and post-IPL recovery, commitment control exit programs are ended by the system if they have not completed processing within &7 minutes. The reason for the call is &8. The following is a list of call reason codes and their meanings:
01 -- Classify resources processing.
02 -- Prepare resources processing.
03 -- Last agent processing.
04 -- Commit processing.
05 -- Rollback processing.
06 -- Rollback-required state processing.
07 -- IPL recovery processing.
08 -- Post-IPL recovery processing.
09 -- Reacquire locks processing.
Recovery . . . : Display the previously listed messages in the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) to determine why the commit operation did not complete in time. Perform the appropriate action.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : To prevent API commitment resource commitment control exit programs from stopping the completion of process end and IPL recovery, these programs can only run for &7 minutes. The commitment definition identifier is &5. The activation group number is &6. The lock space id is &11. The lock space associated space id is &12. The XID is &13.
