Get local host function failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to get the host information for this system by IP address &3 for socket &2 failed.
Recovery . . . : This message can be prevented by defining the host name in the TCP/IP host table for IP address &3. The local host name is being retrieved in case a communications failure occurs during two phase commit. In that case, the host name may be used for resynchronization of the transaction after communications are restored. If the local host is not defined in the TCP/IP host table, and the IP address of this host is changed before the resynchronization occurs, the resynchronization may fail.
