Commitment definition not eligible for forget.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Job &8/&7/&6 made the decision to forget the XA transaction branch represented by commitment definition &1. The forget XA transaction branch cannot be performed on a commitment definition that is not eligible. The commitment definition &1 is not eligible because of reason code &5. The following is a list of reason codes:
1 -- The job, for this commitment definition, is no longer on the system.
3 -- The transaction is not eligible for forget. A transaction is eligible only if the transaction branch state is HEURISTICALLY COMPLETED, or if the XA APIs for transaction scoped locks are being used and the transaction branch state is PREPARED and the Work with Commitment Definition (WRKCMTDFN) option to force commit or force rollback has been used.
4 -- The commitment definition is no longer on the system.
5 -- The server job, for this commitment definition, is no longer on the system.
99. An unexpected error has occurred. The xa_forget return code is &12.
Recovery . . . : No recovery is required if reason code is not equal to 99.
If reason code is equal to 99, report the problem (ANZPRB command).

The commitment definition identifier is &2.
The activation group number is &3.
The lock space id is &9.
The lock space associated space id is &10.
The XID is &11.
