API resource &4 cannot be last agent.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Application program interface (API) resource &4 was registered specifying that it should be selected as a last agent. During a commit operation, the API resource could not be selected. The API resource could not be selected as a last agent for one of the following reasons:
-- This node is currently acting in the role of a not-last agent.
-- An unprotected resource is registered with an access intent of UPDATE.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again after changing the API resource registration, so that it does not request to be a last agent; or try the request again when the API resource can be a last agent.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &2. The activation group number is &3. The lock space id is &4. The lock space associated space id is &5. The XID is &6.
