Commitment definition prevents reclaim storage.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The commitment control transaction with logical unit of work &10 contains pending object level changes. The logical unit of work state is &11. This transaction is associated with commitment definition &7 which was started by job &3/&2/&1. The database server job for the commitment definition is &6/&5/&4.
Recovery . . . : The transaction must be committed or rolled back before reclaim storage is allowed.
If the logical unit of work state is PRP, the system may automatically attempt resynchronization in order to find out whether to commit or roll back the transaction. If possible, wait for the resynchronization to complete. If it is not possible to wait, use the Work with Commitment Definitions (WRKCMTDFN) CL command to display this commitment definition and use the option to Force Commit or Force Rollback.
If the logical unit of work state is not PRP, the transaction should be committed or rolled back by the system or the application that is running the transaction. If the transaction persists for an extended period of time, there may be a problem with the system or the application. In this case, try ending job &3/&2/&1. If the job has already ended, or the transaction persists after ending the job, it may be necessary to IPL the system to roll back the transaction.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The commitment definition identifier is &8.
The activation group number is &9.
The lock space id is &12.
The lock space associated space id is &13.
The XID is &14.
