Active commitment control associated with ASP device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Vary off of the ASP device &1 can not be performed when commitment control associated with the ASP device is active.
Recovery . . . :
Display commitment definitions for the ASP device that is varied off (WRKCMTDFN JOB(*ALL) ASPGRP(&1) command). End jobs associated with commitment definitions with lock scope *JOB. Commitment definitions with lock scope of *TNSOBJ are under control of a transaction manager that should be ended before the vary off of the ASP device is performed.
If the previous actions can not be performed, repeat the function with FRCVRYOFF(*YES). Unfinished transactions under commitment control associated with the ASP device &1 will be rolled back.
