Request Processor not active for a DSNX node defined as direct.

Cause . . . . . : The Distributed System Node Executive (DSNX) Request Processor job must be active for a NetView Distribution Manager request with the node defined as a direct node.
Recovery . . . : Start the QDSNX subsystem and then try the NetView Distribution Manager request again.
