VRTCTL and VRTDEV cannot both be specified.

Cause . . . . . : A virtual controller name (VRTCTL parameter) or at least one virtual device name (VRTDEV parameter) must be specified, or the default value may be specified for both parameters, but you may not specify values other than the default for both parameters.
Recovery . . . : Correct the errors and try the request again.
