Cause . . . . . : The user identification (user ID) and address &1 &2 is a distribution list identification, not a user entry in the directory.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Specify a correct user ID and address.
-- Specify the list ID, in the From distribution list field, when requesting additions to a distribution list.
