User ID and address already exists in the system distribution directory.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user ID and address that you specify must be different from any other user ID or any other system distribution list ID. One of the following errors has occurred:
1) The user ID and address is the same as a distribution list ID;
2) The user ID and address is the same as another user ID and address already in the directory.
3) If you are performing a rename request, in addition to the above errors, the user ID and address could exist as a new user ID and address for another user being renamed in the directory. In this case the user ID and address will not be explicitly shown in the directory.
Recovery . . . : Specify a different user ID and address or delete the existing distribution list ID or user ID and address. If you are performing a rename request and the user ID and address specified exists as a new user ID and address, then specify a different user ID and address. Try the command again.
