*ANY not allowed for folder when object name is specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When a document library object name (DLO) is specified, then *ANY cannot be specified for folder (FLR).
Recovery . . . : To delete an empty first-level folder, specify *NONE for folder (FLR). To delete a first-level folder and all the documents and folders contained within that folder, specify *ALL for the document library object (DLO) and a folder name for folder (FLR). Then try the request again.
